Order are processed within 48 busines days but please allow 1 to 3 week to arrive

Due to the nature of the good. Refunds are not allowed for downloadable products . We only allow refund for defective software. You will understand that everyone may ask us for a refund assuming to be not satisfied with the product. The fact is that downloadable product cannot be returned back by the customer.
